This is meeting is part of our "Explore a new medium" series, wherein established artists and novices can learn about different types of media throughout the year. This meeting will explore glass painting.
September 25 6:30-8pm, FAS member Smita Nedunuri, a mixed media artist will be discuss the process involved in “Reverse Glass Painting” style of art. This is an ancient 19th century art style from India and China and involves painting on glass in reverse, meaning we start painting details on foreground first then moving on to layering the background.

Lake Topanemus Art Expo and Contest

Create a new painting of Lake Topanemus in Freehold, Painting on site encouraged, not required. Show your work at The Freehold Art Society's Olde Freehold Day Art Expo and Contest at Lake Topanemus 8/17/19 from 12-5. Cash prizes and ribbons in professional and amateur categories.
